Join our popular fall prevention workshop, A Matter of Balance on Zoom. In this small-group interactive workshop, you’ll learn to overcome fear of falling, increase your physical activity, learn proven methods to prevent falls, meet new friends, and problem-solve together from the safety of your home.
A Matter of Balance meets 2x per week for two hours per session. To participate, you’ll need Internet access, a computer, laptop, or tablet – with camera & microphone, and basic computer skills.
